One-On-One Coaching

Should You Participate? If you are a service professional who must do great work for clients and bring in business to your firm consistently and want to make more money and be valued by your firm/organization then this program is specifically tailored for you.

Who Will Be My Coach? You will work directly with Ken Potalivo. He will conduct all of your sessions and you will journey together to achieve your goals. He uses GoToMeeting so that you both are looking at your plan and other online tools designed to help you succeed. Ken has coached hundreds of professionals just like you over the last 20 years and will offer you ideas and suggestions that will inspire and guide you to get the results you want.

This Is A Limited Program

There are a limited number of spots available since Mr. Potalivo will coach all participants twice each month for up to an hour each session. Participants may stay in the program as long as it is valuable to them and as long as they are committed to the process. There are no long-term agreements. A participant may end their participation with 30 days written notice. Mr. Potalivo also reserves the right to end the coaching relationship if he deems that the participant is not making progress and is not committed to the program.
